In the infinity pool, the heated outdoor pool (approx.  28–32 °C), you merge with the horizon.  Our bright, covered panorama pool welcomes Alpenflora guests at a pleasant 30 °C with a counter-current system.

Rainbow steam sauna, mountain sauna, forest sauna and Alpine sauna.  In addition, a glacier fountain, an infrared cabin and a Kneipp bath.  The sauna world is a relaxation and nude area for adults.

Philipp, son of the house, recommends the right wine for your menu.  As a sommelier and wine academy graduate, he enjoys chatting with Alpenflora’s guests about the classics on our wine list and the new developments in winegrowing.

I am travelling by car. Where can I park?

There is always space for your car in our hotel car park and the spot is included in the price.  We also provide the possibility to charge your electric car with us at a favourable price.

I am travelling by train. How do I get to the Alpenflora comfortably?

Let us know your arrival time, and we will organise the transfer for you.  The taxi will pick you up at the train station in Bolzano or Bressanone (Additional cost).  Of course, you can also take a bus to reach us in Castelrotto! Line 170 runs regularly and directly from Bolzano and Bressanone to Castelrotto.

What does the saltwater bath offer?

The 35 °C warm salt water in the saltwater bath has a positive effect on the skin and the immune system.  The Alpenflora saltwater bath has a salt content of 6 %.  The health benefits of the saltwater bath are scientifically proven.

Our wine list focuses on South Tyrolean wines, strong in character and diverse, complemented by wines from around the world.  Alcohol-free options are also available.

Yes.  The grasses, flowers and herbs for the original Castelrotto hay bath at „La Fontana“ come from the Alpe di Siusi.

At „La Fontana“, our guests can choose, among others, the Hot Stone Full-Body and Facial Massage, the Classic Relaxation Massage, the Honey Massage with Propolis, the Anti-Stress Treatment and the Ayurvedic Abhyanga oil massage.  All massages and wellness treatments use Maria Galland care products.

When can I check into my room?

Your room is ready from 3 pm. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the room by 11 am. For an additional price, you can keep using the wellness world on your departure day: € 20 per adult and € 10 per child up to 14 years of age, including an afternoon buffet.

The Alpenflora has an approximately 1,000 m² wellness world with an Infinity Pool, sauna and bathing worlds, a gym and the La Fontana beauty centre. The wellness world is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

Can I eat vegan at the Alpenflora?

The Alpenflora is not a hotel that specialises in vegan cuisine, but with a little notice we are happy to prepare vegan dishes for you.  To make this work, advance notice is required: please let us know when booking, so our kitchen can prepare in good time.

All inclusive services are included in the room rate: the 1000 m² Wellness-World, ¾ pampering board, free WiFi, free use of the hotel car park and free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol.

How do I get to the Alpe di Siusi?

The Seis–Seiser Alm panoramic cable car is around 2 km from the Alpenflora and takes you up comfortably. You can reach the valley station by shuttle bus (the stop is right in front of the hotel) or by car. In winter, the Alpenflora also runs its own hotel shuttle service.

You are welcome to enjoy the Alpenflora a little longer on your day of departure.  You might want to get access to our wellness world for the rest of the day (including an afternoon buffet) for an additional price of € 20 per adult and € 10 per child up to 14 years of age.

What are the general price conditions?

All prices are per person and day, including VAT.  They include the overnight stay, ¾ pampering board, and over 50 inclusive services.  The price does not include the visitor's tax of € 3. 50 per day and person (for people 14 years and older).  The visitor's tax must be paid on site.

What are the cancellation conditions?

Notification in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005): The booking represents a legally binding accommodation contract, whereby you commit to take over the booked rooms for the agreed period as well as to the corresponding payment. On our side, we legally commit to keep the booked rooms available for you. In case of non-compliance, the contracting parties are obliged to compensate for the damage incurred in accordance with Art. 1218 of the Italian Civil Code. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following cancellation conditions apply in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

Cancellation up to 21 days before the agreed date of arrival: cancellation of the accommodation contract without cancellation fee
20 to 15 days before the agreed date of arrival: a fee of 30 % of the total price applies
14 to 8 days before the agreed date of arrival: a fee of 50 % of the total price applies
7 to 4 days before the agreed arrival date: a fee of 70 % of the total price applies
Less than 4 days and up to 1 day before the agreed arrival date: a fee of 90 % of the total price applies

In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival, non-acceptance without cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, 95 % of the agreed total price must be paid.
