Saltwater Bath: The Alpenflora Vitalizing Fountain

Vitalising, relaxing, regenerating: the 35 °C warm salt water in the saltwater bath has a positive effect on the skin and the immune system. The Alpenflora saltwater bath has a salt content of 6 % and is open around the clock. The health benefits of the saltwater bath are scientifically proven.

A visit to the sauna at the wellness hotel Alpenflora relieves tension. The heat has a positive effect on the circulation, strengthens the immune system and promotes the regeneration of skin cells. To make your stay in the Alpenflora sauna world a healthy experience, it is important to regularly alternate between sitting and moving as well as to cool down and to rest after the sauna sessions. The infrared cabin is a gentle alternative to the steam bath and sauna. It’s not the environment, but your body that will be heated up directly. It is recommended to use it a single time for about 20 minutes.

Short cold water applications and water kicking strengthen the immune system, stimulate circulation, the nervous system and metabolism and revitalise the body.

The sun area on the 2nd floor is bright and equipped with classic loungers. Here you can find dried fruits, tea, and juices.
The panorama relaxation room is equipped with hanging and window loungers.
In the "Stille Alm” (quiet alp) you will find the unique relaxation beds filled with precious flowers and herbs from the Alpe di Siusi natural park.
